Description
We are looking to recruit two Personal Tax Portfolio Managers to join our Horsham office —
one on a permanent basis and one on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
These roles offer the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients while mentoring and developing junior team members both in Horsham and across the wider firm.

About the role

* Manage a varied personal tax portfolio including:
* Director/shareholders
* Sole traders and partnerships
* Individuals with share portfolios, including EIS and SEIS investments
* Provide direct client contact for your own portfolio and support others where needed
* Deliver advisory services across a broad range of personal tax matters
* Coach, train and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure high-quality service delivery

What we're looking for

* ATT/ CTA qualified or equivalent by experience
* Strong technical knowledge of personal tax
* Proven experience in client advisory work is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload effectively
