Miryco Consultants is working with a global investment manager to add a PMO Lead to their Change and Transformation team. You will be essential in ensuring changes initiatives are successful and delivering maximum value.
Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of change programmes by maintaining robust governance frameworks, standards, and processes
Track, analyse, and report programme performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and financials
Prepare high-quality dashboards, steering-committee packs, and management information
Facilitate effective decision-making through consistent reporting and insight
Support continuous improvement within the PMO, identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and enhance delivery discipline
Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technology partners to drive alignment and ensure best practice
Experience:
5+ years' experience working in a PMO, project support, or change delivery environment
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information for senior audiences
Location: London
