Legal Secretary - Private Client — Cranleigh, Surrey. Well established law firm seeking a Legal Secretary to work within their Private Client department in Cranleigh.
This role will be assisting a busy team of three fee earners in their day-to-day work by providing support and an efficient secretarial and administrative service.
Responsibilities
* Production of accurate and timely documents and correspondence via audio dictation
* Maintenance of comprehensive and accurate client administration files
* Assistance with the smooth running of client transactions and contribution to overall departmental work cycles
* Frequent liaison with clients and third parties by telephone and in person, delivering exceptional client service
* Provide secretarial support including using a digital dictation system
* Reception duties: meeting and greeting clients, arranging meeting room bookings
Requirements
* Experience of working as a Legal Secretary
* Strong and efficient secretarial and admin skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Audio transcription skills; fast accurate typing
* Experience of using case management is desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Very well organised; friendly & professional attitude
* IT literate: Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Digital Audio software
