Teach Now is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming secondary school in Enfield. The Role • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with ASD across KS3–KS5. • Promote independence, confidence, and engagement in the classroom. • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans. • Assist with behaviour regulation strategies and create a calm, structured learning environment. • Help with classroom preparation and general pupil support where needed. What We’re Looking For • Experience supporting students with Autism or other special educational needs. • Level 2 or Level 3 TA/SEN qualification (preferred but not essential). • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a patient, resilient approach. • A genuine passion for supporting young people to reach their potential.
