£26,437-£40,000 + uncapped commission

You’ll be recruiting for temporary finance roles across Berkshire, working in a high‑growth market with genuine long‑term potential. We’re looking for someone with the energy, commercial mindset, and confidence to take ownership and make a real impact.
Your New Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant within our Finance division, you’ll manage and grow a desk focused on temporary finance roles, from transactional and part‑qualified positions upwards. You’ll work closely with both clients and candidates, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional results.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Developing and growing your own client portfolio through proactive business development
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high‑quality finance professionals into temporary roles
* Building a deep understanding of the local finance market across Berkshire
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a first‑class experience for clients and candidates
* Working towards weekly and monthly targets within a supportive, high‑performing team
