Job Description:
* Assist the Test Manager in planning, scheduling, and reporting test progress.
* Lead and coordinate Functional and System Integration Testing (SIT) across multiple supplier teams.
* Ensure comprehensive test coverage through requirements traceability.
* Prepare and deliver test metrics, defect summaries, and test completion reports.
* Participate in defect triage meetings and facilitate timely resolution with suppliers.
Skills & Experience
* Proven expertise in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Experience collaborating with multiple suppliers or third-party vendors.
* Strong understanding of traceability matrices, test reporting, and metrics dashboards.
* Proficient in test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification (preferred).
* Familiarity with IBM Maximo Application (preferred).
