We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused payroll professional to lead the College’s payroll and pensions service. This is a key role within the HR team, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely pay for approximately 650 staff, while delivering a high-quality and responsive service to colleagues across the organisation. Working closely with HR, Finance and senior leaders, you will have overall responsibility for payroll and pensions administration, including statutory reporting, data integrity and compliance with employment, tax and pension regulations. You will play an important advisory role, providing clear guidance on pay, pensions and contractual matters and supporting informed decision-making. You will be an experienced payroll professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to advise managers on complex payroll and pensions matters. You will be highly organised, customer-focused and committed to delivering a reliable and professional service within a public sector environment.
