A fast-growing AI and technology business is hiring a Head of Outreach to build and operate a fully automated, AI-driven outbound growth engine.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to take products to market and is highly proficient with modern AI tools. The role places a strong emphasis on using Clay for data enrichment, segmentation and outreach workflows, alongside expert use of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
What You’ll Do
* Build and manage a structured CRM of thousands of partners
* Automate lead generation and research using tools like Clay, n8n, and AI agents
* Create high-performance outreach across email, LinkedIn, and voice
* Own the funnel from first contact to pipeline generation
* Continuously test and improve conversion systems
Whats required
* Experienced in building outbound or growth systems at scale
* Strong with APIs, data pipelines, and CRM architecture
* Hands-on with automation tools (Clay, n8n, etc.)
* Background in startups, growth, or data-heavy roles preferred
