School Business Manager (SEND School)
Full-time Start: ASAP Salary: 45,000- 53,000 (DOE)
We are seeking an exceptional School Business Manager to join our vibrant and dedicated SEND school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, skilled and child-centred professional to play a key role in supporting our pupils, staff and families.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong knowledge of education regulations, standards and current inspection frameworks.
* A solid understanding of safeguarding and legislative procedures when working with children and young people.
* Expertise in financial management, including EBITDA, financial systems, processes and budget preparation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills when working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience in recruitment, HR and employee relations.
* The ability to build and promote positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, families and external agencies.
* High expectations with the ability to set and achieve ambitious and appropriate standards.
* Effective team leadership and management abilities.
* Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
* Previous School Business Manager experience (preferred).
* A willingness to learn and enthusiasm for being involved in all areas of school life.
* A supportive, approachable, flexible and solution‑focused mindset.
* Dedication to understanding Autism and a range of SEND; previous SEND setting experience is advantageous but not essential.
