Commercial Finance Analyst- Business Contribution Location: Bracknell (Hybrid, 4 days in the office, 1 day from home) This newly created role sits within the Commercial Finance team ABS (Bracknell), working closely with Senior Commercial Finance Analyst and reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance. Avis Budget Group is implementing a data-driven approach to business insight, reporting and decision making. You will support Head of Commercial Finance in driving this initiative to deliver robust and efficient profitability reporting and analytics through the creation of centralised Rental Profitability Model reconciliation in Tableau. Perform Rental Profitability Model reconciliation with the correct level of accuracy and make sure process is identical for all countries. Help on transitioning into the Global RPM model. Perform Contribution to Network Analysis for Local and International customers. Business partner with Commercial Team to help taking the correct decisions when capturing/renewing business. Participate on negotiations with relevant customers to help our Commercial team to understand the economic impact of the different proposals. Lead analysis of our different brands, segments, subsegments and customers to help the countries to take the right business decisions. Create/model RPM tool facilitating its usage by the Commercial teams to speed up approval process. Make sure that all countries follow same DoA and Sox compliance rules regarding to CTN validation process. Skills/Background: Previous financial experience: basic accounting knowledge and understanding of Profit and Loss account Experience of understanding process end-to-end and attention to detail Experience of problem solving, planning and prioritisation Experience of working with multiple stakeholders Good communication skills Good excel skills Tableau or other data warehouse skills desirable but not essential What’s in It for You?
