Collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate insights, build dashboards, and support business strategy. Lead and support initiatives to improve workflows and optimise systems. Stay abreast of trends in AI, machine learning, and tech. Propose and pilot new ideas that push the organisation forward. Help teams adopt new tools through clear training sessions, and ongoing support. What you'll need to succeed Working knowledge of AI tools and business data platforms. Experience of Power BI, Excel and Google Workspace. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
