Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE
About the Role
My client, a growing company in the tech space, is seeking a Marketing Creative Designer to join their marketing team. This is a hands-on role for a versatile designer who can create high-impact visual content across print, digital, and video platforms, supporting marketing campaigns while helping shape the company's visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
* Design & Production: Create brochures, flyers, catalogues, sales collateral, and exhibition graphics; produce visual assets for campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
* Content Development: Develop creative materials for social media, email campaigns, webinars, and events in collaboration with the marketing team.
* Video & Channel Management: Plan, shoot, and edit promotional and educational videos; manage the company's YouTube channel and optimise content performance.
* Brand & Asset Management: Maintain and update the image library, templates, and brand assets for consistency and accessibility.
* Photography & Visual Support: Conduct photography sessions and edit images for use across marketing channels.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within marketing or agency environments.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and video production tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
* Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling.
* Experience creating content for both print and digital platforms.
* Photography and photo editing skills.
* Familiarity with YouTube management and video SEO best practices.
* Excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
