To support all of the exciting work we pride ourselves in having strong corporate functions. The Finance Team is as the heart of the organisation, playing a vital role in achieving this, and were now looking for a Financial Accounting Manager to support.
All about the Role
* Oversee the financial accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Manage the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
* Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
All About You
* Proven experience as a Financial Accounting Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
