Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager at Warwickshire Gas to Grid AD Facility
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Warwickshire-based gas-to-grid AD facility to assist in the daily operations of the plant alongside our Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate machinery related to feeding the digesters.
2. Perform daily checks and servicing of equipment.
3. Participate in an on-call rota outside of normal business hours due to the continuous process.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong agricultural work ethic, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to conduct work safely and efficiently.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Valid UK driving license.
* Mechanically minded and self-motivated individuals seeking to expand their knowledge in the farming-based bioenergy industry.
