Salary: Up to £33,495DOE (FTE – pro rata for part‑time hours)
Opening Hours: 7am to 7pm, Mon–Fri

**We have two Room Leader opportunities at our nursery!**
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the room team and daily activities.
* Oversee observations, assessments and planning.
* Maintain a safe, organised, high‑quality environment.
* Build positive relationships with children and families.
What You Need
* Level 3+ Early Years qualification (DfE‑approved)
* Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge.
* Experience leading a room or mentoring staff.
* Confident communicator with a warm, positive approach.
