Sales Administrator – Full-Time We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines customer service, order processing, and administrative support, offering the opportunity to develop within a supportive environment. Main Responsibilities * Processing a mix of stocked dispatch orders, manufacturing orders, and drop-shipments. * Handling inbound phone enquiries regarding product details, delivery times, and company policies. * Responding to customer queries across multiple digital channels. * Supporting other departments with administrative tasks when required. * Attending customer demonstrations and, once trained, providing occasional demonstrations yourself. Key Requirements (Essential) * Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and use multiple cloud-based systems. * Confident and professional telephone manner. * Willingness to build product knowledge in order to make suitable recommendations. * Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (ideally within e-commerce). * A proactive, “can-do” attitude.
