About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with teachers to provide classroom support, assist with learning activities, and help maintain a positive and engaging environment for students. Your role will be vital in ensuring pupils feel supported and motivated throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant:
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting learning objectives
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a safe learning space
* Encourage and motivate pupils to stay engaged
* Support students with additional needs where required
Requirements for Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different classroom environments
* A proactive and caring approach to supporting students
