Earnings Potential: £30,000 - £35,000 per year once established on the books
The Best Connection Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a reputable and busy polytunnel construction company based in Altham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join a skilled outdoor construction team.
The Role
You will be working outdoors assisting with the construction of domestic and commercial polytunnels across the UK.
The role involves working away from home Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 4PM. You will set off on Monday morning and return home on Friday. Shared accommodation will be provided when working away, using either AirBnB or Travelodge-style accommodation.
An overnight allowance of £30 per night will be paid to cover subsistence costs.
All protective clothing and tools will be provided.

* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Able to safely use hand and power tools
* Willing to learn new practical skills and develop within the role
* Able to problem solve and plan work efficiently
* Capable of working both as part of a team and independently
* Able to work at a good pace while maintaining high-quality workmanship
* Well-mannered, reliable and easy to get along with
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (minor points may be considered)
* Positive, hardworking and enthusiastic attitude
* Ability to use initiative when required
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday working away from home
* 8:30AM - 4PM
* Early starts required when travelling to distant sites
* Overtime may be required when working to deadlines
Pay & Benefits
* Starting wage: £12.60 per hour
* Once established on the company books, earnings potential of £30,000 - £35,000 per year
* £30 overnight allowance
