An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and skilled person to join our friendly and professionally established administration team within Adult Mental Health for the Community Mental Health Team. The post-holder will be based at Gosport War Memorial Hospital. The role will be working alongside another team secretary and medical secretaries and together you will support with the general admin required by the team, including Mental Health Practitioners, Consultant Psychiatrists and Psychological Therapy staff.
* Previous Team Secretarial experience.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and customer care skills
* Face to face and on the telephone communication skills with members of the public and various members of the multidisciplinary team.
* Good time management skills
* Have the ability to prioritise their work appropriately
* Have a flexible approach to their work and working environment.
* The successful candidate must be: -A very positive
