Job Description
Deliver and supervise effective administrative support to all employees within the school/ECC, and assist in providing efficient front-line service to service users. This role supports the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council's key objectives, specifically related to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
Requirements
The duties involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants must become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member for Regulated Work with children, adults, or both, or be subject to a PVG Scheme Record Update before a formal employment offer is made. PVG records are continually updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a permanent, full-time, term-time position based at Drongan Primary School, Drongan. The hours are 35 per week, as directed by the Head Teacher. The full-time salary range is £25,953 - £27,173 per annum; the actual salary for the term-time post is £22,259 - £23,305 per annum.
