We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking Team Leader who can work with our clients who have a Spinal Injury, severe epilepsy, learning disabilities, diabetes. You will work alongside our Management Team in leading a team of Support Workers. You will assist in the delivery of ongoing, high quality, recovery based support to adults with complex care support needs. The ideal candidate will be flexible, well organised and able to deliver person cantered support whilst offering a recovery based approach to all service users. You will have a professional manner with the ability to supervise and effectively guide a staff team, problem solve and work in partnership with service users & your Line Manager. Required Skills/Qualifications: 2 year or more experience as a Senior Support Worker with complex care experience. Car Driver with business insurance NVQ Level 3 related subjects. Diploma in relevant health/ social subject. Commitment to delivering client specific care. Adaptable and Professional approach to support client and family members.
