Work Pattern
Saturday 12:30 - 18:30
Sunday 10:30 - 16:30
You'll be a brand ambassador who’s ready to recommend our newest fashion items. Through remarkable service you'll make sure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.
Key responsibilities include:
* Being a brand ambassador and recommending our newest fashion items
* Utilising our digital tools to enhance the customer experience
* Working efficiently to ensure customers don’t wait
* Being a team player and creating a great inclusive store environment
* Being flexible and adapting to the changing demands of the retail environment
Purpose
To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks every time whilst championing and promoting our brilliant products.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are always stocked with product
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver remarkable service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
