We are looking for a person with strong leadership skills to lead our Systems Development Team who are currently implementing our new HR & Payroll System (iTrent) and now moving to introducing a number of new modules including: Recruitment & Onboarding, Time & Attendance and Case Management. Any experience in iTrent would be advantageous but not essential. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, has strong decision making skills and thrives under pressure. This role is suitable for working from home but we can also accommodate you in an office location within Argyll and Bute if that would suit you better.
The Systems Development Team includes a reporting team, a systems admin team and a first line support team. You will responsible for leading them on a day to day basis and supporting them to meet the deadlines involved in the HR & Payroll System Replacement Project working closely with Project Officers in IT and HROD. This is a real opportunity to be involved in innovative new ways of working for Argyll and Bute Council and leading the way with our Digital First approach.#
