The Role – Senior Quantity Surveyor As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will join the commercial team on major building projects in Dublin. You’ll play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and commercial performance, while ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all commercial and cost management aspects of large-scale building projects. Prepare, manage, and evaluate budgets, bills of quantities, and contract documents. Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering, and negotiation processes. Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure profitability. Provide accurate cost forecasting and reporting to senior management. Liaise with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
