In this role, you will contribute to delivering excellent propositions and products, gaining valuable exposure and facing exciting challenges. You will play a key role in expanding the Commercial Lending Team and leveraging strategic investments to build a strong business for commercial clients.

* You will be responsible for developing customer-centric commercial propositions and product enhancements, focusing on customer needs and business value.
* You will collaborate with the Commercial Lending Team to create insight-led products that meet market demands and deliver clear commercial benefits.
* You will manage a portfolio of ongoing projects, assess their complexity, impact, and benefits, ensuring alignment with group strategy and regulatory standards.
About you
* Strong understanding of financial products and their value creation for customers and the business.
* Proven ability to build stakeholder networks and industry knowledge, including competitors.
* Experience in managing change, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
* Leadership experience, capable of motivating and developing teams, including remote teams.
* Knowledge of lending onboarding operations, especially within commercial mortgages, and experience in loan application processes.
* Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations effectively.
* Experience in process improvement and a mindset geared towards efficiency and customer service excellence.
* Commitment to delivering first-class customer service and supporting team and broker relationships.
