R13 Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fast-growing, design-led manufacturing business in their search for a Sales Administrator. Specialising in the creation and installation of bespoke, large-scale projects, this organisation delivers high-quality solutions across the UK, with an expanding international presence also.

This position sits at the heart of the sales function and plays a critical role in ensuring projects transition smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion. You will act as the operational backbone of the sales process, ensuring information flows accurately between clients and internal teams. This role requires someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys supporting commercial teams and takes pride in ensuring nothing is missed.

Monday to Friday, full time hours working from their Kings Lynn head office (with some occasional travel required).

The Day to Day:
3. Managing incoming client enquiries and ensuring timely, professional responses.
4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records within HubSpot CRM.
5. Acting as a consistent point of contact for clients following project consultations.
6. Accurately capturing key information from meetings and visits to ensure seamless handover internally.
7. Supporting the progression of projects by coordinating next steps and follow-ups.
8. Ensuring all client communications, contracts and documentation are recorded and accessible.
9. Working closely with Sales, Design and Operations teams to maintain clarity across projects.
10. Monitoring workflow processes and identifying opportunities to streamline systems.
11. Assisting in keeping projects on track from early-stage discussions through to installation.
You Will Have/Be:
12. Previous employment experience in a sales support, account coordination or client-facing environment.
13. Experience within a design, construction or manufacturing environment would be highly desirable.
14. Confident managing multiple priorities and fast-moving projects.
15. Detail-oriented, methodical and highly organised.
16. A clear and professional communicator.
17. Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience advantageous).
18. Proactive in improving processes and identifying efficiencies.
19. Willing to travel to client visits occasionally.
