£12.71 per hour + 15% Attendance Bonus (£14.62 per hour)
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives on behalf of our client based in Moreton-in-Marsh.
This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidates.

Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
* Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
Pay Rate:
* £12.71 per hour
* Additional 15% attendance bonus, increasing the hourly rate to £14.62 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Assembling products using hand and power tools
* Following technical drawings and assembly instructions
* Measuring and checking components to ensure quality standards are met
* Preparing materials and components for assembly
* Conducting quality inspections throughout the production process
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

* Good attention to detail
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to work with hand tools and follow instructions
* Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
