Retail Assistant – Sodexo | RAF Brize Norton

What You’ll Do
* Serve customers with a friendly, professional approach
* Operate tills and handle transactions efficiently
* Manage stock, including receiving deliveries, restocking, and rotation
* Support promotions and loyalty programs
* Maintain store cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards
* Ensure responsible retailing by verifying ID for restricted items
What You Bring
* Must be 18 or over to sell restricted items
* Retail experience? Great! No experience? We’ll provide full training.
* Sales awareness – contribute to store performance and cost control
* Product knowledge – understand what we sell and how it benefits customers
* Digital know-how – use store systems and applications confidently
