Role Description
This is a full‑time role for a Sales Account Manager based in Basildon, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications
* Proven experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
* Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
* Effective Communication skills, including presentations and negotiation
* A results‑driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple client accounts
* Experience in the IT industry or with technology‑related services is a plus
