* Support the community and participate in leisure and social activities, celebrating special occasions.
* Lead the team to communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and help people communicate effectively with others.
* Engage in learning and development opportunities for the team, ensuring training compliance levels are met and maintained.
Service
The Old Vicarage, Ironville is a nine-bed residential home in Ironville, Nottinghamshire. The home comprises three living accommodations in a rural setting and is located near Clumber Park and the Peak District.
