Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field. NEBOSH certification is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in health and safety roles within the construction sector, preferably in large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
Skills: Strong understanding of construction safety regulations, with the ability to implement and enforce them effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional European languages (such as Swedish) are a plus.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Europe to oversee multiple project sites.
