We’ve got big ambitions and we’re looking for an Enterprise Employer Growth Manager to win and shape some of our most complex, high-value employer partnerships. The Role In this role, you’ll be FIXATED with winning and shaping enterprise-level employer partnerships that deliver real workforce impact. As an Enterprise Employer Growth Manager, you’ll lead complex, multi-stakeholder new business conversations with large employers in our priority verticals. You won’t “sell training”, you’ll act as a senior talent consultant, leading discovery, training needs analysis and workforce planning conversations that uncover systemic capability gaps and long-term skills challenges. You’ll work with senior and executive stakeholders to shape work-based training solutions at scale. Solutions that build job-ready people, strengthen talent pipelines and deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll manage the full journey from first conversation through to sign-off, applying strong commercial judgement, qualifying hard and closing cleanly. And you’ll be obsessed with quality. Every enterprise employer you win will be handed over into Employer Success with absolute clarity and confidence - not dumped, not messy - so delivery hits the ground running and the partnership starts brilliantly from day one. What You’ll Be Focused On Winning enterprise-level new business within our priority verticals and ICPs Leading deep, consultative discovery and workforce planning conversations Shaping and closing complex work-based training solutions at scale Navigating senior stakeholders, governance, procurement and contracting Owning your pipeline with rigour, accuracy and strong Salesforce discipline Ensuring seamless sign-off and handover into Employer Success Working across Tiro to bring the best solutions to employers and feed market insight back into the business About You You’re an enterprise-level new business professional who enjoys complexity, autonomy and impact. You’re calm, credible and confident, comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity to reach the right outcome. You’ll bring: A strong track record of winning complex, high-value B2B enterprise deals Deep consultative selling skills and confidence leading strategic conversations Commercial judgement and discipline, you care about quality, not just closing Excellent organisation, forecasting and CRM habits A collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity about workforce and talent challenges Most importantly, you want to do work that matters, building partnerships that create real capability and long-term value. You’ll receive: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum Generous commission, typically at least 50% OTE (uncapped) 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Flexible working — choose your hours (37.5 per week) Remote working 5% employee / 3% employer pension contribution Staff events, away days and regular CPD opportunities Real progression as Tiro grows
