Nursery Deputy Manager - Your day-to-day will include:

Partnering with the Nursery Manager to create a happy, high-performing team.

Taking the reins as acting manager when needed - leading with confidence and heart.

Mentoring, motivating, and supporting your colleagues to deliver outstanding care.

Managing rotas, staff development, and helping everyone be their best.

Bringing your creativity and ideas to make the nursery a place where children love to learn and grow.
Nursery Deputy Manager - What we’re looking for:

A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Childcare.
*
A current DBS check.
*
Experience leading or supervising in a nursery or early years setting.
*
A strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted standards.
*
A natural leader who’s positive, organised, and loves inspiring others.
*
Above all - a genuine passion for shaping young lives.
