What to expect
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key part in ensuring our products reach customers in perfect condition. You’ll be fully trained by supportive colleagues who want you to succeed.
We work on a 4‑on, 4‑off shift pattern, 12‑hour days and nights, with a cooperative and flexible approach to rota changes to meet customer and business needs.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
Operating a Forklift Truck to support loading and unloading for internal and external customers
Dispatching and servicing production lines into the ASRS system
Unloading inbound pallets and feeding them into ASRS
Case‑picking
Pallet rework and quality checks
You'll be joining an operation serviced by 4 infeed spurs and 28 outbound live lanes, supporting customers right across the GB network.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing a great job and enjoys being part of a supportive team. You don’t need previous warehouse experience — just the right attitude and the willingness to learn.
You’ll bring:
Strong numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE level or equivalent)
Good IT skills
The ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
A commitment to high health & safety standards
A positive, flexible approach to shift working
