Youll have the opportunity to use your core gas and plumbing expertise while also getting involved in compliance checks and light maintenance tasks that keep things interesting. What Youll Be Doing Installing, servicing, and repairing domestic gas appliances, heating, and hot water systems. Handling a wide range of plumbing jobs, from pipework and drainage to leak repairs and diagnostics. Carrying out Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s), landlord inspections, and other compliance checks. Attending reactive maintenance jobs and emergency call-outs with professionalism. Giving clear, helpful advice to customers and leaving every job completed to the highest standard. Supporting the wider team with occasional handyman and compliance tasks. What Were Looking For Domestic gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, CPA1. NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Plumbing & Heating, or equivalent. Proven experience in domestic gas and plumbing installation, service, and maintenance. Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Someone flexible, reliable, and able to work independently with pride in their work. A full UK driving licence. Bonus points if you also have: G3 Unvented Hot Water, WRAS certification, or other compliance experience (fire alarms, legionella). A background in multi-skilled property maintenance or handyman tasks. Whats in It for You Competitive salary £35k £40k (depending on experience). 24 days holiday bank holidays.
