The Role
A skilled Employment Barrister is sought by a highly rated law firm to undertake employment related advocacy on behalf of a growing client base across the private and public sector. You will conduct advocacy that involves all areas of employment related litigation and take a lead role in the internal advocacy team, developing junior members of the team.
The Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Employment Barrister who will play a pivotal role within the highly successful employment team and deliver an outstanding service to clients. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience practising in Employment Law, with a strong track record in advocacy in the Employment Tribunal, and ideally some experience of mentoring and developing junior members of the team. Along with outstanding advocacy and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail, you should be able to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
