KS1 Teacher – Cullompton

Role Details
* Position: KS1 Teacher
* Location: Cullompton and surrounding areas
* Start Date: September
* Pay: £130 – £150 per day (depending on experience)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
* Contract: Flexible supply, short-term, long-term, full-time or part-time
* Planning Required? No – lessons are pre-planned
About the Role
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 1
* Follow pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback where required
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
* Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour management
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom needs
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching KS1 in UK primary schools (including placements)
* Strong classroom management and confident behaviour strategies
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
* Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
