The practice has grown steadily and is now seeking an experienced Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to become part of its close:knit and collaborative team.

The Role and Caseload
This is a genuine mixed position including:
* Small animal work
* Seasonal beef and sheep farm work
* A small amount of equine
* Advanced sheep reproduction facilities, including embryo transfer
The rota is structured, organised, and fair, with continued investment in staffing to support work:life balance. Dedicated surgery days are built into the week to allow focused clinical time.

Candidate Requirements
* MRCVS registered
* Minimum 3 years mixed practice experience
* Confident managing a varied caseload
* Committed to high clinical standards

Due to existing structured support for a current new graduate, this position is not suitable for new or recent graduates.
