Marketing Assistant
Contract: 12-month fixed term
Hours: 37 hours per week
About the role
As a vital part of the marketing team, you will provide essential administrative support to keep marketing activities running smoothly and efficiently. You'll manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure all materials are carefully checked before going live.
Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the marketing team
* Help coordinate marketing campaigns for new build and resale properties
* Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* Perform final quality checks on marketing materials before publication
* Use Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, to create and manage reports
* Support day-to-day team activities to ensure smooth operations
What we're looking for
* Strong administrative experience in a busy team environment
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
