Level 3 Marketing Assistant Apprenticeship – Replay Maintenance
We’re seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our busy sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your marketing career and gain practical experience in areas such as content creation, digital marketing, social media, campaigns, and day-to-day operations—all while learning from experienced professionals.
Overview
* Salary: £7.55 an hour, Automatic salary increase after 1 year of apprenticeship for those who are 19+
* Working Week: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm with a 1 hour lunch break each day
* Hours: 37.75 hours per week
* Duration: 23 months
* Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors
* Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship standard qualification
* Location: Unit 13, Roseland Business Park, Newark, NG23 5FF
Main Duties
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
* Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
* Support the management of company social media accounts (e.g. scheduling posts, tracking engagement)
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Assist with email marketing and CRM updates
* Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
* Contribute to website updates and basic SEO tasks
* Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
What We’re Looking For
* A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts and content creation
* A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
* Attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus
Training and Development
* Study towards a relevant qualification, the Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer Diploma
* On-the-job training and mentoring from experienced professionals
* Regular review meetings to track progress and development
The successful candidate will obtain a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship standard qualification.
Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Pre-employment checks: the company completes digitalised right-to-work checks and DBS applications via an external provider. The company also completes an internal online social media search, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance.
