Your role

Provide personalised hands:on support

Help customers build confidence and independence
:
Support daily living skills, budgeting, and maintaining tenancies to ensure successful move:on opportunities

Work with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes

Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant regulations and practices

Experience in a similar care and support role, ideally with vulnerable people
:
Positive and accepting approach to customers whatever their needs

Empathetic and non:judgemental attitude

Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills

Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
:
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
:
Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
