WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Turn enquiries into bookings — Handle inbound calls and emails, convert interest into confirmed jobs, and keep your pipeline moving with organised follow-ups. Build real trust — Explain solutions in plain language, answer questions honestly, and set clear expectations — no jargon, no pressure, just friendly professionalism. Create tailored quotes — Produce accurate, personalised quotations and schedule jobs in the CRM — getting the details right first time, every time. Deliver end-to-end service — Provide outstanding customer care before, during, and after the sale, collaborating with the wider team to ensure every job runs smoothly.
