Community Safety Co-Ordinator (12m FTC)
Location: High Wycombe / Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days from home)
Salary: £30,438 + Excellent Benefits
Full Time | 12m FTC, 37 hours per week.

We're looking for a Community Safety Co-Ordinator to join our dedicated Community Safety Team. Based in High Wycombe with flexible hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to our residents lives.
About the Role
As a Community Safety Co-Ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) service. You'll be the first point of contact for residents reporting ASB, assessing risk levels, agreeing action plans, and ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the process.
You'll manage a caseload of low-risk ASB cases, attend joint visits with Community Safety Officers, and help ensure our service meets and exceeds customer expectations. You'll also be responsible for managing the ASB inbox, handling calls, and maintaining accurate records.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing excellent customer service to residents reporting ASB via phone, email, app, or online.
* Managing the ASB inbox and telephone enquiries.
* Conducting risk assessments and allocating cases appropriately.
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks and correspondence.
* Attending joint visits with ASB Officers.
* Contributing to service improvement by identifying trends and providing feedback.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, especially in challenging situations.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Power BI desirable).
* Previous experience in ASB or a customer-facing role in a regulated environment (desirable).
* Lived experience of social housing (desirable).

Where could this role take you? Whilst this role is fixed term for 12 months, in a business our size; circa 630 employees and turnover £150m+ (which is growing) and with the transformation we are going through, there is a possibility that this could either be extended, made permanent or other suitable opportunities may arise.
