Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as an Aftersales Manager will include:

* Managing and supporting the technical service department
* Conducting regular reviews of departmental performance
* Performing performance reviews and identifying training needs
* Implementing appropriate training and development plans
* Staying updated with technical information and communicating relevant updates to the team
* Recruiting departmental staff
* Contributing to the development of annual budgets
* Producing regular reports on departmental performance
* Monitoring and managing costs according to budgets
* Continuously improving customer care standards
* Monitoring and managing work in progress
* Controlling cash, trade, and warranty debtors
* Attending meetings and training sessions

About You

As an Aftersales Manager, you should ideally possess:

* The ability to lead, manage, and motivate your team to maximize profit opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service
* A stable and proven track record in managing an Aftersales department with demonstrable profitable results
* A full clean driving license
