About the Business
Global primary metals producer with full value-chain operations. Currently transitioning to operate as an independent business, focused on commercial excellence, digital enablement, and operational performance across global trading, logistics, and finance functions.
Role Focus
Lead product discovery and delivery across trading, risk, finance, and logistics systems. Work directly with front, middle, and back-office teams to translate commercial and operational needs into scalable digital solutions. Drive roadmap, requirements, delivery, and adoption for core IM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Own product roadmaps across trading, risk, finance, and logistics domains
* Translate business workflows into clear requirements and user stories
* Partner with traders, sales, risk, ops, finance and tech teams daily
* Lead sprint planning, backlog management, testing and release cycles
* Support integration across ETRM, market data, ERP and logistics systems
* Ensure robust adoption, change management, and continuous improvement
* Act as escalation for system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors
Core Experience
* 5+ years product management or business analysis in commodities or financial markets
* Direct exposure to trading/front-office environments
* Strong analytical and data skills (SQL, Excel, dashboards)
* Experience with ETRM or trading platforms
* Agile delivery background and proven stakeholder management
Nice to Have
* Metals or physical logistics exposure
* Market and credit risk understanding
* ERP integration experience (SAP/Oracle)
* Knowledge of valuation, hedge accounting and financial controls
