Job Description

Location: Albrighton, Wolverhampton, WV7

Salary: From £27,000 + bonus & on‑call (DOE)

Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday

About The Role
This pivotal role involves planning, coordinating, and managing care packages to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients. The role is based at our Albrighton office, with occasional travel across West Midlands & Shropshire.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Effectively manage rotas for care teams, responding efficiently to day‑to‑day changes.
* Monitor care delivery to ensure quality standards and individual care plans are met.
* Participate in multi‑agency meetings with Integrated Care Boards, advocating for client needs and contributing to care planning.
* Support the out‑of‑hours on‑call service on a 1 in 8 rota basis; no hands‑on care required. During weekend coverage, you receive an additional day off the following week.

What You'll Need

* A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Solid office‑based experience with strong admin processes knowledge.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple care packages and respond quickly to changing priorities.
* Confidence in making decisions, thinking on your feet, and solving problems under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, adaptable to families, professionals, and external partners.
* Negotiating and influencing skills, particularly when managing rotas or balancing client needs.
* A proactive team player, building strong working relationships.
