Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions to promote physical activity and teamwork. Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Support pupils in maintaining focus and completing set work. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other colleagues to enhance pupil outcomes. Requirements: Experience in sports coaching and/or classroom supervision. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to engage and motivate pupils in both sports and academic settings. A patient and professional approach to managing behaviour. Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
