We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer‑focused Customer Services Advisor, or Member Representative, as we call them in our branches due to our strong member focus, to join our Longton Branch as an Apprentice.
You'll be joining Hanley Economic Building Society (HEBS), a trusted, member‑focused organisation that has supported local communities for over 170 years. This apprenticeship is an excellent first step for anyone looking to build a long‑term career in financial services, while gaining hands‑on experience and a nationally recognised qualification.
What You Will Do
As part of your apprenticeship, you will:
* Welcome and support our Members in branch
* Carry out day‑to‑day financial transactions accurately
* Help Members save for the future and work towards owning their own home
* Learn about financial products, systems, and industry regulations
* Deliver excellent customer service in line with HEBS values
Training and Development
You will work towards a Level 3 Financial Services Administrator apprenticeship, gaining a recognised qualification alongside real workplace experience. You'll receive full training, ongoing support, and mentoring throughout your apprenticeship.
