JOB PURPOSE Operation & Maintenance of Security & Surveillance systems of Airside Landside at RGIA in a safe cost effective manner with adherence to the rules of BCAS. Support in Operate and maintenance of Airfield Ground Lighting and Security System and ensuring 100% availability on 24X7 basis for uninterrupted operations of RGIA as per DGCA/ICAO guidelines and compliances. ORGANISATION CHART Sr. Specialist ALS Specialist AGL & Security systems Manager AGL Senior Engineer AGL Senior Engineer AGL Key Accountabilities Accountabilities Support manager in Operation & maintenance of Airfield Ground lighting system, Timely completion of preventive maintenance activities. Daily monitoring of the AGL Equipment’s insulation report. Monitoring the spares and arranging the spares. Deployment of manpower for unplanned maintenance activity. Performing actual root cause analysis to eliminate the repeated failures. Improve the maintenance methods through analyzing the previous data, Monitoring all Airfield ground lighting system, PIDS, Gate House Security Equipment’s and update the concern dept. Calibration Support in adhering to stranded codes of practices to meet the DGCA/ICAO compliance like Photo metric testing, PAPI calibration and BCAS for Perimeter Power fence system Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Support in implement the Preventive maintenance and Predictive maintenance schedules and monitoring strict adherence to improve the availability time of all AGL and PIDS equipment’s and minimize the repeated failures. Regulations DGCA/ICAO Regulatory and Compliance-Support to Ensure timely compliance to all Airfield ground lighting system. All internal/external audit compliance Support for all Audits (IMS, EnMS, Stores, MAG and statutory audits to comply all audit requirements. EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work Interact with AMCs for their service quality and reporting mechanism Interaction with OEMs and suppliers for material and services. Interaction with statutory authorities for compliance INTERNAL INTERACTIONS Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Interaction with Airside Operations department regarding clearance slots. Understand the needs for any operations issues. Interaction with Procurements & Contracts departments for PR Processing’s. Interaction with seniors for critical breakdown issues and latest updates. FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS As per AOP Budget (CAPEX and OPEX) Other Dimensions Annual Maintenance Contract – 2 No. Education Qualifications Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Relevant Experience 3-6 years of experience in Electrical maintenance field in large manufacturing industries.
