Join Our Team as a Bilingual School Psychologist!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of multilingual learners? Soliant is excited to invite a dedicated and qualified Bilingual School Psychologist to join our Bilingual Evaluation Team for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a crucial role in conducting high-quality, culturally and linguistically responsive evaluations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychoeducational assessment, a commitment to equity in special education practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations for bilingual/multilingual students, ensuring their unique needs are met.
* Administer and interpret assessments in both English and the student’s native language, when appropriate.
* Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to develop accurate and equitable eligibility determinations.
* Prepare detailed evaluation reports that are culturally responsive and comply with state and federal guidelines.
* Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) discussions.
* Support school teams with consultation and recommendations for interventions and services.
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation to ensure compliance and support student success.

Qualifications:
* Required: Valid Delaware School Psychologist Licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start).
* Preferred: Previous experience in a school-based setting.
* Required: Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in English and another language commonly represented in the student population.
* Strong understanding of culturally responsive assessment and best practices in bilingual evaluation.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Schedule and Location:
* This is an on-site only position; remote work is not available.
* Commitment of 37.5 hours per week is required.
* Work will be based on-site in Marshallton, DE.
* Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar (August 18, 2025 - June 12, 2026).
